Dunsfold Group was founded on a simple conviction: that the best businesses are built over decades, and that the capital behind them should think in decades too. We are a UK-based private holdings company, structured to own and grow good businesses for the long run.
Why "Dunsfold"
Named for a place that takes the long view.
Dunsfold is a village in the Surrey countryside, in the south of England — a place with deep roots, quiet permanence and a working landscape tended across generations. The name carries the qualities we want in an owner of businesses: patient, unshowy, grounded, built to endure.
We chose it deliberately. In a financial world obsessed with speed — quarters, exits, multiples, the next fund — we wanted a name and a posture that point the other way. Dunsfold Group is a holding company for owners who measure a good outcome in the health of the business twenty years from now, not the price achieved on closing day.

Our portfolio spans the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Among our operating companies is European Technical — a Dubai-based, licensed home-maintenance and technical-services business serving homes and properties across the UAE.
It is a working example of what we look for and how we operate: a real business with a real reputation, deep local presence, and the patient backing to grow properly. It also gives our portfolio genuine on-the-ground depth in the Gulf — useful for any group company considering expansion into the region.
